The heart of the programme is a series of six 1-to-1 online coaching sessions with a qualified, accredited and experienced Exalto coach. These sessions are structured using proven coaching and leadership transition models to enable you to achieve the best possible results.
We may also agree that one or more tests of disposition should form part of your programme. Disposition testing can be very useful to enhance your self-awareness and reveal traits that may be helping or blocking you in moving forward, and as a foundation for wider conversations in the coaching process.
