If your answer to any of these questions is YES, then the support of an Exalto coach is just what you need.
A Collaborative Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative relationship between a client and a coach as equals, in which the coach uses a range of tools and techniques in structured conversations to empower the client to set positive goals and unlock his or her potential to reach them.
It is also important to note that coaching is different to therapy. Coaching is action orientated and concentrates on moving from where you are in the present to where you would like to see yourself in the future. Therapy, which includes counselling and psychotherapy, concentrates more on exploring and understanding past experiences and helping to overcome problematic beliefs and behaviours.
Coaching may draw on useful past experiences to help with your goals but we do not dwell on the past. Sometimes a past issue may be preventing your future success, if this comes up during your coaching sessions your coach will discuss the best option of alternative therapy to help you move forward.
